Dr. Dharmendra Kumar is a doctorate in management discipline from Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.). He has a vast teaching and research experience of more than 17 years to his credit. He has presented and published more than 35 research papers in various reputed national and international conferences, including IIMs & IITs and in journals, including Scopus & ABDC (A*) indexed journals such as Elsevier, Emerald, Springer, Indersciences, Sage Publications etc. He is the convener of international conference titled as “International Conference on Management & Information Technology (ICMIT)” organized by Delhi College of Technology & Management Palwal. He has also written several books on management area. He have served as a reviewer for reputed conferences and journals like Emerald, AOM, indersciences etc. He has also served as Session Chair in various eminent research platforms including IIT Kharagpur. He has conducted many seminars and workshops on research activities and guided a large number of candidates on research projects and live projects. He was conferred with prestigious Prof. C. L. Bahl award in year 2018 for overall excellence and highest levels of dedication & achievements. He has also qualified UGC NET. His area of research includes creativity, innovation, stress management, and positive organizational behaviour. Dr. Dharmendra Kumar has previously served in reputed academic groups like GLA University, RK Group of Educational Institutions, MM Agrawal Group of Institutions etc. he handled various significant profiles during his academic journey including in training & placements, HOD, research projects and other academic activities.
